We strive to provide clean, safe, and functional spaces in which students can learn and staff can work--and to maintain buildings and grounds that our community can take pride in.

Facility Use

Our school buildings and grounds are available for community use according to policies and procedures established by the Lebanon Community School District. 

Community members are welcome to use school playgrounds, fields, tracks, and paths after instruction ends each day, and do so at their own risk. Please be mindful of, and respectful to, staff that continue to work in the buildings.

We pride ourselves on making our facilities available to our community. However, please be aware that all district facility use is prioritized first for staff and students. If a community user has requested use of a facility--and that request has been granted--and then a school group, program, or class needs that space for learning, practice, performance, etc., we must accommodate the school staff member or students' needs. This may mean that a previously-scheduled event in one of our facilities must be rescheduled; while we encourage our staff to submit requests as soon as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts, that is not always possible.
