About the District’s Emergency Delay / Closure System
Lebanon Community School District subscribes to the FlashNews network, a service that notifies television, radio and newspapers in the event of school closures/late starts/early dismissals, etc. The District also subscribes to FlashAlert which takes the same emergency/delay/closure information relayed to the media and sends it to subscribers via e-mail, text message, Twitter or RSS news feed.
In the event of inclement weather snow routes may be implemented. Visit Transportation Services to see a list of snow routes. Note: An announcement would be made by an AlertNow message to parents that snow routes are in effect.
